The book explores the Porsche innovation principles and their genesis in depth. Each chapter reveals the underlying principle demonstrated by the respective innovation.
The book is primarily of interest to executives as it allows them to derive a tangible course of action for their own enterprise strategy. Current case studies from well-known enterprises (Apple, Ikea, etc.), which also apply these principles in a similar form, round off the book.
